Click here for more details of our first flight to Central America. N6324Y was used to take volunteers to Honduras later that year to build a House for Evelyna. By early 2004 N6324Y had proven itself sound and reliable but with obsolete electronics and (quite frankly) shabby external appearance we decided to refinish the whole aircraft and update instruments and electronics. Volunteers from Heartland Community Church in Overland Park, KS took on the nasty job of removing old paint.
